What was your lifestyle like prior to your transformation?

Prior to my transformation I wasn’t a very active person, and every day I used to play a lot of video games. I ate a lot of snacks, sweets, and junk food without caring about the impact it had on my health and weight, and it showed! I got to the point where my weight became a real issue. I was getting bullied a lot and that really dragged me down. I lost my confidence.

What was the hardest part about your transformation?

In the beginning, I wasn’t very confident about the outcome of my journey, and everything seemed impossible to me. I had absolutely no clue about the importance of nutrition, and at the time the whole process was very scary.

What is your life like now that you’ve made such an amazing transformation?

I think this transformation was the best change I ever could have made in my life. I didn’t only make a physical change, but also a big mental change too. Now, I see things a lot differently!

What motivates you to keep going and push harder?

The results and improvements that I see day by day continue to motivate me and keep me hungry for more. The more I achieve, the higher I raise my goals.Full Routine:

To give your adrenal glands time to recover this function, your doctor may reduce your dosage gradually. If the dosage is reduced too quickly, you may experience fatigue, body aches and lightheadedness.
  • Wear a medical alert bracelet. This or similar identification is recommended if you've been using corticosteroids for a long time.
  • Get regular checkups. If you're taking long-term corticosteroid therapy, see your doctor regularly to check for side effects.

What Are Steroids?

The word has different meanings. Steroids are chemicals, often hormones, that your body makes naturally. They help your organs, tissues, and cells do their jobs. Being confident was a gradual process. I remember going to a rave when I was 17 and seeing girls all over these ripped guys, thinking, “Fuck they have it good.”
Then started training. Eventually, you stop giving a fuck about girls and grow a passion for it because you love it. If you dont enjoy it and you want to do it just for the end result, you might as well give up, because you wont be consistent.
I’ve seen many fall. I’ve been training 5 days a week for the last 4 years, whether or not I go on holiday, am sick or injured. No excuses!

At the end of the day, I have respect for anyone who wants to make a change for themselves to start training and improving their body and health. In my opinion, the gym/training/dieting lifestyle is by far the most fun and rewarding way to live your life. The people that laugh at the overweight and obese people in the gym are a disgrace. I applaud them for having the courage and determination to train and want to make a change for themselves despite the obvious hardships they would face. At the end of the day, its all up to how much you want it yourself.
Some people don’t care that much, are happy with their bodies and its not a big issue for them. Good for them. But for anyone to take the piss out of and ridicule anyone trying their best to lose weight/gain muscle and make a change for themselves, especially if they are finding it hard due to their genetics makes me sick. If you want it, you will get it, and will eventually prove the haters wrong. And that is one of the best feelings a human being can experience.

How to Build Bigger Arms

You’ll never have big arms as long as you’re under-weight. No matter how many biceps curls you do. To build bigger arms, increase your overall muscle mass first by getting stronger and eating a lot.
  • Eat More. You need to eat more calories than you burn in order to gain weight. Most guys will need at least 3000kcal/day, skinny guys with fast metabolisms will need even more. Start eating at least four meals a day – breakfast, lunch, dinner, post workout. Eat your stomach full on each meal.
  • Get Stronger. Strength is size. Increase your Squat to 140kg/300lb, increase your Bench Press to 100kg/220lb, and increase your Deadlift to 180kg/400lb. This will increase your overall muscle mass.
  • Rest. Muscles grow when at rest. Give your arms a break, they’re small muscles. Check StrongLifts 5×5: the routine allows for plenty of rest.
  • Track Progress. Weigh yourself and measure your arms every 2 weeks. If your arms aren’t getting bigger you’re not training properly or not eating enough food.
  • Avoid Curls. Increasing your Squat & Deadlift will build your arms faster than biceps curls & triceps extensions. Get stronger and eat more.
